Welcome to babysbreath.co.uk. This website is operated by Russell Jones ("I", "me", "my"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. This document also explains how I collect and use your personal information.
Mailing Lists
This website offers you the opportunity to subscribe to two mailing lists:
- General Mailing List: By subscribing, you agree to receive a small number of emails (likely one or two) announcing the publication of the novel Baby's Breath.
- Early Reader Group: By subscribing, you agree to receive an advance reader copy (ARC) of the novel in a digital format (PDF or EPUB file) before its official release. In exchange, you are encouraged to post an honest review on Amazon on or after the launch day and to discuss the book on social media.
Privacy Policy: What I Collect and Why
I am committed to protecting your privacy. Here is what I collect and how I use it:
- Your Email Address: I collect your email address only when you voluntarily provide it through one of the signup forms on this site.
- How It's Used: Your email address will be used exclusively for the purpose you signed up for—either to notify you of the book's launch or to send you an ARC and related communications.
- Data Storage & Sharing: Your email address is stored securely in a database on my hosting provider (IONOS). I will never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties, with one exception: I will export the email list to a secure, professional email marketing service (such as Mailchimp) for the sole purpose of sending the aforementioned emails.
Unsubscribing
You may remove your email address from my list at any time. Email russell@babysbreath.co.uk with an unsubscribe request.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and the provided book excerpt, is the intellectual property of Russell Jones and is protected by copyright law. The advance reader copy provided to the Early Reader Group is for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or sold.
